Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging included. You must initiate the return within 30 days of delivery. The following conditions must also be met:

  • Item is in its original condition, unworn and unwashed
  • Item is returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories
  • Item is not a final sale or discounted item

 

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at support@folkio.shop with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item. We will respond to your request within 1–2 business days with instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that refunds via Shopify Payments may take additional time to process due to bank processing times.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@folkio.shop and we will assist you further.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@folkio.shop with photos of the item and we will provide instructions on how to exchange it for a replacement.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, especially for orders over $75, to ensure the safe return of your item.
